Last night it was raining so the kids and I decided to bake some muffins and sugar cookies. The muffins were supposed to be for a lemonade stand we were going to help a friend with this morning, but she called and said she was going to postpone it until next Saturday because it was supposed to rain all day today. That is ok, because they didn't go to waste. Breakfast in the morning for the family!
Of course the kids are only really interested in the sugar cookies and decorating them.
Here is Seth carefully placing the cookie cutter in the dough to make the perfect flower for his mommy!! LOL
After all the cookies are cut out we had to watch them bake! For the full 8-10 minutes. LOL.
Let me tell you those cookies could not cook fast enough!! hahaha
Here they are concentrating really hard to get that right amount of frosting on the cookie!!
Of course we have to eat what we make to make sure it is good enough for everyone else to eat, so here they are enjoying the fruits of their labor!!!
